About the event

During Hispanic Heritage Month the Hispanic owned businesses within the Waterfront Market at Ruston will be hosting a Pupusa making class.

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to cook and assemble a half dozen Salvadorean Pupusas that can be taken home and enjoyed with family and friends.

Chef Rosa, from El Salvador, will teach the class how to prepare the masa, filling, curtido (cabbage topping/salad) and tomato salsa.

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a Pupusa plate after the class is complete.

Alcohol can be purchased on site, during the class.

Tickets for this class can be purchased through Eventbrite beginning Tuesday, August 9th. Link will be provided.
