About the Role
Looking for an assistant manager to help manage our busy Point Ruston location. Duties can include but are not limited to:
Manage and Lead a full service resturaunt team.
Driving sales & profitability through operational excellence.
Assisting staff and customers with various daily needs.
Greet and assist customers.
Problem solving and decision making.
Attracting, developing and retaining top talent to build high performing teams.
Creating a culture of performance accountability and recognition.
Train on our POS and ordering system to be able to help staff or manage the counter during busy periods.
Become knowledgable in our product and loyalty options to better educate customers.
Become knowledgable about Ruston Market, it's vendor discounts and effectivally use this discount on purchases.
Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change from management or PIC (Person in Charge)
Reconcile cash drawers and credit/debit sales receipts and collect any cashier daily report reports
Complete opening and closing duties as per shift assigned
Turn in opening and/or closing shift duties checklist to manager or PIC (Person in Charge) with daily report,
Report issues with equipment
Maintain all assigned areas clean, sanitized and free of debris
Inventory products and produce accurate purchasing list
Have great rapport with all other vendors and management
Other duties as assigned
2-5 years of prior management experience.
Full Service Resturaunt or Retail experience a plus!
MAST 12 Permit is required (21 +y/o).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to Detail a Must.
Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe a plus!
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus!
